Declaration of Independence

In our new utopia there will be no government enforcement for anything. The people of Liv-n-Oasis own, and run everything, they own the roads, and all of the factories. All of the Police stations, and fire fighters get paid by the citizens though tax, and police make straight money from tickets. So in Liv-N-Oasis the people can do whatever they want when starting and running there own businesses and people for each state get to choose and vote for new laws and can ask to vote whenever they want to just by talking to whomever they vote to run the state at that time.

Man is created equal so the government shouldn't have as much enforcement as they do in this world as of now. So the people have all the power, and land is free as long as someone hasn't already claimed it, then it works like it dose here. In Liv-N-Oasis everything is ran the same as now in the USA but we have taken the power away from the government and gave that power to our citizens, with all the freedom they have ever desired, but it murder or big crimes are committed they well be kicked out of Liv-N-Oasis.
